In 2010, Verlinde defined gravity as an emergent and entropic force. People began to wonder if the same applied to E&M. Attempts have been made, but usually assuming extremes. This project aims to prove them wrong in regular holographic space.
This project explores whether electromagnetism can emerge from entropic behavior in holographic space, extending ideas originally proposed for gravity by Erik Verlinde in 2010. Using mathematical analysis and Python-based simulations, the research investigates whether electric and magnetic interactions can arise naturally from entropy-driven systems without relying on limiting assumptions commonly used in previous approaches. The project combines concepts from theoretical physics, multivariable calculus, and computational modeling to study how information, geometry, and emergent behavior may relate to the foundations of electromagnetism.
